Classic Beer Battered Fish & Chips

 

Serves 8 | Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 25 mins

Ingredients:

1kg pack of Frozen Pacific West Beer Battered Natural Flake Fillets 
1kg pack of Frozen Family Farm Chips
Frying oil
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Peas
Tartare sauce

Method:

  1. Place frozen Family Farm Chips on baking tray and follow the cooking instructions on the packet.
  2. Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen Pacific West Beer Battered Natural Flake Fillets for approximately 4-6 minutes until golden brown. 
  3. Serve fish and chips with peas, tartare sauce and a lemon wedge.
