TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The competition is being conducted by The Lot 88 Pty Ltd trading as Tasman Butchers (ABN 35 629 427 087) of Unit 1, 11 Friars Road Moorabbin VIC 3189, telephone 03 8325 8600 ("Promoter").
The competition commences on Monday 1st May, 2023 at 8.00am and closes on Sunday 7th May, 2023 at 11.59pm (local time) (“Promotional Period”).
The time of entry will, in each case, be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
Entry is only open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must make a purchase from any Tasman Butchers store during the Promotional Period and complete the official entry at tasmanbutchers.com.au/mothers-day-competition-2023 by supplying a valid first name, last name, email address, postcode, mobile no. and receipt transaction number. Entrants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase. When filling out an online entry form, all the mandatory fields must be completed to be valid for entry in the competition. These fields are clearly marked on the entry form.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
All valid entries received during the entry period will be included in the draw.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per specified purchase requirement and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
The draw will take place at Tasman Butchers Head Office on Tuesday, 9th May 2023 at 10.00am (local time).
The winners shall be selected by 9 random draws from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
The first 9 valid entries drawn will win a Tasman Butchers Gift Voucher to the value of $200.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Total prize pool value is $1800.
The winners will be notified by email and their names published on www.tasmanbutchers.com.au website from 9th May 2023. The notification will include instructions as to how the winners are to claim their prizes and establish their entitlement to it.
Prizes must be collected by the winners from their nominated Tasman Butchers store between Tuesday, May 9th and Monday, May 15th 2023, during normal business hours.
Entrants are only eligible to win one Tasman Butchers Gift Voucher. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw a prize if there are no eligible entrants to receive that prize.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
A prize, or any unused portion of a prize, cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
If a prize remains unclaimed after 7 days, or a winner is disqualified in accordance with these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited and distributed at our discretion.
A draw for the prize if unclaimed OR a draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place, at Tasman Butchers Head Office on Tuesday, May 16th 2023 at the same time as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the case of a winner (s), they will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.
By accepting a prize, you agree to participate in and cooperate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the prize including, but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed. We reserve the right to use your comments, image and name for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without compensation.
Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions, the winner is responsible for all expenses incurred when collecting the voucher from their nominated Tasman Butchers store.
The prizes may not be combined with any voucher or offer.
The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves our possession.
If for any reason, we are not able to conduct the promotion as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, any technical difficulties or any other causes beyond our control, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fariness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to take any action that may be available.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss (including direct and inconsequential loss) or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion including the supply of goods or services by any person to the prize winners, and where applicable to any persons accompanying the prize winners. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook Inc. You are providing your information to the promoter and not to Facebook Inc. The information provided will only be used for this promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints, regarding this promotion should be directed to us and not to Facebook Inc.
