Karen's roasting tips for Beef

Tasman Yearling Beef Roast, approx 2kg

  • Pre-heat oven to 240ºC
  • Remove from fridge 20 mins before cook
  • Drizzle with oil and season with salt
  • Place on tray in oven and turn heat down to 200ºC immediately
  • Cook for 1 hr for a medium beef
  • Baste half way through cooking
  • When done, rest covered out of oven for 15 mins on a board & enjoy!
