Karen's roasting tips for Lamb

Tasman Whole Leg on Lamb, approx 2kg

  • Pre-heat oven to 200ºC
  • Remove from fridge 1 hr before cooking
  • Rub well with oil, and then season with salt & pepper
  • Place directly on hot rack of the oven with tray of veggies on shelf below 
  • Cook for 1 hr  15 mins if you want it pink, or a further 15 mins for more well done
  • When done, rest covered out of oven for 15 mins, carve & share!
