Asian pork spare ribs

Ingredients:
- 1kg x Tasman pork spare ribs, without the bone (sliced into 1 inch pieces, you can ask our butchers to do this)
- 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Chinese chilli sauce
- ¼ tsp five spice powder
- 1/3 cup dry sherry
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 2.5 cm ginger
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200⁰C.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, adding in the pork last, and marinate for an hour.
- Place the pork pieces on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until pork is tender. Baste frequently with the marinade.
- These are a delicious snack on their own or served with some rice and veggies for a tasty meal!
