Caramelised soy chicken nibbles

1.5 kg Tasman fresh chicken nibbles (plain)
2 tbsp olive oil
7 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 cup honey
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Place chicken in one layer in a baking dish.
  3. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, tomato sauce, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Roast for one hour, or until sauce is caramelised.
