Easy Chicken Kiev with Pesto Green Beans
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 20 minutes | Cooking time: 40 minutes
4 Tasman Chicken Kiev's (frozen)
2 cups green beans, trimmed
2 Tbsp pesto
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
½ red onion, finely sliced
2 Tbsp pine nuts, toasted
¼ red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange frozen kievs on a lined oven tray and bake for 40 minutes.
- Steam the green beans over a saucepan of simmering water until just tender.
- Meanwhile, mix the pesto, olive oil and lemon juice. Toss the beans with the onion, pine nuts and chilli, then drizzle with the pesto dressing.
- Serve with the Chicken Kievs.
