1kg pack of Frozen Pacific West Beer Battered Natural Flake Fillets
1kg pack of Frozen Family Farm Chips
1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Place frozen Family Farm Chips on baking tray and follow the cooking instructions on the packet.
- Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen Pacific West Beer Battered Natural Flake Fillets for approximately 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve fish and chips with peas, tartare sauce and a lemon wedge.
