Gluten Free Lamb Rogan Josh

Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 40 mins


600g pack of Tasman's Gluten Free Lamb Rogan Josh (Casserole)
1 brown onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
425g can of crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup low-fat yoghurt
1/2 cup mint leaves, shredded
2 cups cooked Gluten Free Basmati Rice, to serve
Olive oil cooking spray


  1. Spray the saucepan with oil and heat over medium-high heat
  2. Add one-third of the lamb to the saucepan.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Remove. Repeat twice with the remaining lamb.
  4. Add the onion and garlic to the saucepan. Cook for 4 minutes or until soft. Add the lamb and tomatoes and cover.
  5. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the lamb is tender.
  6. Stir in the yoghurt and mint. Remove from heat.
  7. Serve with rice.
