Grilled T-Bone Steak with Fillet

Grilled T-Bone Steaks

Serves: 2  | Preparation Time: 15mins (marinade over night if able) |  Cooking Time: 10mins

Ingredients:

2 Yearling T-Bone Steak with Fillet
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup light soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp steak seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
 

Method:

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all of the ingredients, excluding the meat.
  2. Add the steaks.
  3. Seal the bag and turn to coat.
  4. Refigerate overnight, turning as often as you can.
  5. Drain and discard marinade.
  6. Grill steaks, over high heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
