Roasting tips for lamb
Cooking Time: 
1 hour 15 mins - 1 hour 30 mins
Ingredients: 
  • Farm88 Whole Leg of Lamb, approx 2kg
Showcase: 
Method: 
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC.
  2. Remove from fridge 1 hr before cooking.
  3. Rub well with oil, and then season with salt & pepper.
  4. Place directly on hot rack of the oven with tray of veggies on shelf below. 
  5. Cook for 1 hr 15 mins if you want it pink, or a further 15 mins for more well done.
  6. When done, rest covered out of oven for 15 mins, carve & share!
