Classic Beef Mince Meatloaf


Serves: 8  |  Preparation Time: 10 Minutes  |  Cooking Time: 1 Hour


750g Tasman Regular Beef Mince

1 Egg

1 Chopped Onion

½ cup Tomato Sauce

1½ tbsp. Mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 cup dried bread crumbs

salt & pepper


Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

1. In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs, egg, onion and mince and season with salt and pepper.

2. Lightly grease a 22cm loaf pan or an appropriate baking tray and form the mix into a loaf.

3. In another bowl mix the tomato sauce, mustard and Worcestershire Sauce. Pour over the meatloaf.

4. Bake for one hour
