Pork Loin Chops with Apple Chutney

4 Tasman Pork Loin Chops (rind on)

1 tbsp Golden Grange Extra Virgin olive oil
4 cups chopped peeled apples (3 to 4 Granny Smith apples)
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup honey
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp curry powder


  1. In a large saucepan, combine the apples, raisins, honey, cider vinegar, salt, ground ginger, mustard and curry power ; bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a large fry pan heat oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add pork chops; cook 4-5 minutes on each side. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
