Serves: 4 | Preparation Time: 15 mins | Cooking Time: 4 hrs 10 mins

  • 1.5kg American-style pork spare ribs
  • 1 cup good quality smoky BBQ sauce (American style)
  • ¼ cup mild American mustard

3. Place ribs into a 5.5L (or larger) slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high or until very tender.

4. Heat a grill on high heat. Transfer ribs onto a large baking tray lined with foil. Brush ribs with the leftover sauce from the slow cooker. Grill for 10-12 minutes or until glossy.
