Tasman Butchers has an extensive range of yearling beef products, all sourced locally from Victorian beef growers, including our premium farm 88 label. All beef is pasture fed. If there is not enough pasture due to the weather or season, they are supplemented with dried pasture, in the form of hay and oats.
We also have a range of value-added products, including burgers, kebabs and roasts, freshly prepared daily in all of our stores.
Many of our products are available pre-marinated (gluten-free), but there is also a marinating service in-store.
Recently added to the range is Black Opal Wagyu, the most sought-after Wagyu on the Australian market.
