TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The competition is being conducted by The Lot 88 Pty Ltd trading as Tasman Butchers (ABN 35 629 427 087) of Unit 1, 11 Friars Road Moorabbin VIC 3189, telephone 03 8325 8600 ("Promoter").
The competition commences on Monday 21st October, 2024 at 8.00am AEST and closes on Sunday 27th October, 2024 at 11.59pm AEST (“Promotional Period”).
The time of entry will, in each case, be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
Entry is only open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must make a purchase from any Tasman Butchers store during the Promotional Period and complete the official entry at https://tasmanbutchers.com.au/win-a-lake-house-getaway-2024 by supplying a valid first name, last name, email address, postcode, mobile no. and receipt transaction number. Entrants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase. When filling out an online entry form, all the mandatory fields must be completed to be valid for entry in the competition. These fields are clearly marked on the entry form.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
All valid entries received during the entry period will be included in the draws.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per purchase (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
The draws will take place at Tasman Butchers Head Office on Tuesday, 29th October 2024 at 11.00am (local time).
The winners shall be selected by 9 random draws from all entries received during the Promotional Period.
The first 9 valid entries drawn will each win a Lake House, Daylesford Gift Voucher to the value of $2,000 each. All Lake House Gift Vouchers are valid for a 36-month period starting from the date of purchase. All Lake House Gift Vouchers are redeemable based on current pricing until the expiration date. Any Lake House Gift Vouchers used outside of 12 months from the purchase date may incur additional charges due to price increases. All Lake House Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lake House Gift Vouchers are redeemable in one visit only. Any unused value will not be refunded or credited. The Lake House Gift Voucher reference number must be quoted on booking and original voucher paperwork must be presented upon arrival. The Lake House Gift Vouchers can be used for lunch, dinner, accommodation or any other services at Lake House. Lake House Hotel Vouchers: A minimum of two nights stay applies over weekends and three nights over long weekends. In case of cancellation, the voucher can be transferred to another date, 14 – 30 days prior to arrival. Voucher will be void if cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival. Spa Vouchers: Please note, if the gift voucher is used on a public holiday, normal surcharge applies. Impossibility Clause: In the event that services are impossible to fulfill due to a natural disaster, state of an emergency, pandemic, or similar – deposits paid will act as a credit towards future stays. No refunds will be issued. Total prize pool value is $18,000.00.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be notified by email and their names published on www.tasmanbutchers.com.au website from Wednesday, 30th October 2024. The notification will include instructions as to how the winners are to claim their prizes and establish their entitlement to it.
Entrants are only eligible to win one Lake House Gift Voucher. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize if there are no eligible entrants to receive that prize.
If the prizes are unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
If the prize(s) remains unclaimed after 7 days, or a winner is disqualified in accordance with these terms and conditions, the prize(s) will be forfeited and distributed at our discretion.
A draw for the prize(s), if unclaimed, may take place, at Tasman Butchers Head Office on Wednesday, 6th November 2024 at the same time as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the case of a winner, they will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.
By accepting the prize, you agree to participate in and cooperate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the prize including, but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed. We reserve the right to use your comments, image and name for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without compensation.
The prize may not be combined with any voucher or offer.
The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves our possession.
If for any reason, we are not able to conduct the promotion as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, any technical difficulties or any other causes beyond our control, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fariness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to take any action that may be available.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss (including direct and inconsequential loss) or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion including the supply of goods or services by any person to the prize winner, and where applicable to any persons accompanying the prize winner. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities and further on road insurance costs that may arise from winning the prize.
