Beef rump skewers
Serves: 4-5 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking time: 5-10min
- 1kg Farm88 yearling beef rump steak (ask butcher for thick slices)
- 1 small pineapple
- 1 red capsicum
- wooden or metal skewers (remember to soak wooden skewers so they don’t burn while cooking)
- Cut rump, pineapple and capsicum into 1 inch cubes, and thread them onto the skewers, alternating the 3 ingredients.
- Season with salt pepper and oil
- Cook the skewers on the BBQ (to your liking)
- Serve with a salad, cous cous or just on their own! Enjoy!
