Beef rump skewers

Serves: 4-5 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking time: 5-10min


    • 1kg Farm88 yearling beef rump steak (ask butcher for thick slices)
    • 1 small pineapple 
    • 1 red capsicum 
    • salt 
    • pepper
    • oil 
    • wooden or metal skewers (remember to soak wooden skewers so they don’t burn while cooking)


    1. Cut rump, pineapple and capsicum into 1 inch cubes, and thread them onto the skewers, alternating the 3 ingredients.
    2. Season with salt pepper and oil 
    3. Cook the skewers on the BBQ (to your liking)
    4. Serve with a salad, cous cous or just on their own! Enjoy!
