Chicken Gyros Marinade

Ingredients:
- 1kg Hazeldenes fresh chicken leg fillets (skin off)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (570g)
- ¼ cup lemon juice (60 ml)
- ¾ cup olive oil (180 ml)
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp black pepper
Method:
- In a large bowl, combine the marinade ingredients and stir well.
- Add in the chicken leg fillets and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or preferably overnight.
- Cook in the oven or over a charcoal spit. Enjoy!
