Quick vegie burger

Ingredients:
- 2x Freshwater Foods fresh vegie burgers, each burger cut into 8 wedges (available at Tasman Butchers)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns, halved
- Cos or Rocket lettuce leaves
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
- Tomato sauce or relish
Method:
- Warm fry pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and add patties. Turn every 2 minutes until they are golden and warm.
- Place the hamburger buns, cut-side down in fry pan, and toast lightly.
- To serve, spread the bottom halves of buns with the tomato relish. Top with the lettuce, sliced tomato and patties. Cover with the hamburger bun tops.
